Please check the sizes of the batteries before purchasing. If they do not fit your scooter/powerchair you will be responsible for the cost of re-stocking them.
Before ordering any spare parts we always recommend you bring your mobility scooter for one of our engineers to look at – you may not need a battery replacement it could simply be a wiring fault or broken fuse. We also offer Mobility Scooter servicing and repair.
Our workshop is right next door to our Mobility Shop on Frobisher Way (just off Bindon Road – at the Silk Mills end)

In our Mobility Shop we keep a wide range of brands, types and sizes of replacement mobility scooter batteries in stock. There are a huge range of batteries available but the general rule is the more you invest the longer you can expect the battery to last.
We keep both Gel and Sealed Lead-acid mobility scooter batteries in stock. We recommend Gel batteries for all Powerchair users. Mobility scooter batteries and wheelchair batteries can be either sealed lead-acid or Gel depending on what performance you are looking for, the price you want to pay and how often you use the chair. We always recommend replacing mobility scooter batteries and wheelchair batteries in pairs.
If you can’t find the exact battery listed on our website the best thing to do is bring your scooter to our Mobility Shop and we will have one of our engineers look at your mobility scooter and find a suitable battery replacement.
